MAIN STREET MEDIATION

Welcome to the website for Main Street Mediation, located on Main Street in Dallas, Texas just East of Deep Ellum. We offer traditional full and half-day mediations for matters in dispute. We also offer mediations specifically for expedited actions (TRCP 169(d)(4)).

We are committed to the negotiated resolution of disputes through a combination of experience, relentless work and innovative solutions. Each of our mediators has over twenty years of experience as civil litigators in the Federal and State Courts of Texas. This experience allows us to provide:

Our services are backed by our commitment to personally invest ourselves in the matter so as to ensure that the dispute is mediated in the time, place and manner that gives the greatest chance for a swift, successful resolution.

Our fees are per party. Multi-party mediations may be charged a reduced rate.
Case Initiation and Management Fee: $150
½ Day Mediation (4 hours): $400
Full Day Mediation (8-9 hours): $800
Dropped-in-Grease Fee (same-day mediation): $350
